Thanks for visiting my page 🙂 My name is Brieanna Kelly and I am a multi-media artist that works with acrylic paint. I’ve always had a creative side in me ever since I was a child, so I was always finding ways to color everything around me. So with my talent and passion, I wanted to finally turn it into a career! I mostly use my acrylic paints on stretched canvas, but have used other forms of canvas such as ‘tree trunk chunks,’ wooden boards, and even home walls!

The use of colors really can set the mood of a room. Blue’s are typically a ‘calming, tranquil’ color, while red’s are more of an emotional, intense color. My favorite colors to work with are blues, teals, and purples.

I currently work as a server at a restaurant near me and have a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology and a Personal Training Certificate for my education (totally different realm, right?). I worked as a Personal Trainer at a gym near me for a couple of years but really wanted to pursue my creative side.

I was blessed to have this creative ability born inside of me as I never have taken a painting class before! I’ve taken a pencil sketching class when I was about 10, but other than that, I’ve used up my homeroom time in High School to go into the art studio to paint or draw to release some of my ideas onto canvas or paper.

Both my mother and father’s side had artists, whether it was drawing with graphite pencil, painting with oils, or creating objects with wire. I guess I’m lucky enough to carry on the talent!
